Dean Huang’s Creme Brulee
I love eating Creme Brulees as they are rich in the milky taste.
Ingredients
- 350ml cream milk
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 5 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the sugar, egg yolk together in a small pan
- Pour the cream milk slowly while warming the pan
- Add the vanilla extract into the pan as well
- Stir until the mixture reaches 75 celcius degrees
- Pour the mixtures into cups
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Fill some water into a large plate
- Put the cups into the plate
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Put the cups into the fridge for 2 hours
