Soy Honey Glazed Salmon
This is a quick meal prep I do to just throw into the oven and wait
Ingredients
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of seasame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup of water
- 6 Salmon Fillets
- (optional) 1 Egg
- (optional) Bowl of Rice
Instructions
- Mix up all your ingredients for your glaze
- Place salmon into the glaze
- Put salmon and glaze combination into the refrigerator and marinate for 10 minutes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a tray with a baking sheet and place salmon side-by-side
- Put salmon into the oven for 10-15 minutes
- Take tray out and rest salmon for 3 minutes
- Fry an egg
- In a bowl, put in rice then salmon then fried egg
- Enjoy!
