Smoothie Bowl Recipe
You will need the following items:
- two to three fruits that you like (person preference to choose fruits of compatiable colo groups)
- choose two very flavorful fruits (like bananas, blueberries, or mangos) and one watery fruit (pears, apples, grapes) to help mixture
- aloe vera juice
- oats
- chia seeds
- yougurt of choice
- semi sweet chocolate chips
- granola
- bowl
- smoothie blender
Recipe:
- chop fruit such that each fruit is 1/3 of the blender approximately (freestyle if you wish) and one fruit of choice has extra for topping at the end
- add blender fruit and aloe vera juice until the container is a 1/3 full with juice with the fruit in it
- blend
- add oats until the blender is full and blend again
- pour smoothie into the bowl, add chia seeds and mix
- add fruit, yoghurt, chocolate chips, an gronola on top in quadrants
