Sonia’s Quiche
Easily made quiche recipe perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk or cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 3 tablespoons onions
- any other ingredient such as ham, spinach, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare pie crust as instructed.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, 1 cup cheese, and some extra ingredients.
- Add green onions into the pie crust and pour the egg mixture over top.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top of egg mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is completely set. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
