Mushroom Pork by Shaobo Zhan
A typical Chinese homemade dish using fired! (Although I do a really bad work for this dish)
Ingredients
- 200g fresh mushrooms
- 200g lean pork
- 75g refining lard
- 3g salt
- 10g cooking wine
- 15g green onions
- 10g corn starch
- 3g MSG
- 8g ginger
- 1g pepper
Instructions
- Cut Meat and Mushroom into slices, respectively;
- Mix meat, salt and cooking wine in the wet starch slurry;
- Making soup With cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, onion, ginger, black pepper and starch;
- Pull oil into wok, cook pork after the oil is heated, using a spoon to fry;
- Add mushrooms and soup, fried until fully cooked.
