Benji’s Mashed Potatoes
This recipe does not take too long and is pretty good.
Ingredients
- 4 Large Russet potatoes
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel 3 of the 4 potatoes and slice the potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the potatoes to the water and boil for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
- Drain the water out of the pot but and leave the potatoes covered in the pot for 10 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and add the milk and cream as you go.
- Add salt to taste.
