Alex’s Green Eggs & Ham

This particular scrambled egg recipe should only ever be called upon if you want you tastebuds to explode with glee. Use with caution.

Ingredients

• 3 large chicken eggs
• 1 tsp of olive oil
• 1 handful of chopped Ham
• 2 tbsp of pesto

Instructions

1. Heat the pan to medium and toss the ham and olive oil in. Get it lightly browned.
2. Crack in the eggs and scramble them.
3. Stir in the Pesto.
4. Finish Cooking.
5. Enjoy!
