Aakin’s Dhabele
Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg potato
- 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup refined oil
- 2 tablespoon sweet tamarind sauce
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 8 buns
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and mash the potatoes.
- Heat 1/4 cup oil in the kadai and deep fry peanuts in the oil.
- Put them on an absorbent paper. Now add salt and red chilli on them. Now take another pan and keep it on medium flame.
- Add the remaining oil in the pan along with garam masala, red chilli powder and imli chutney (sweet tamarind sauce).
- Let the mixture sizzle, then add mashed potatoes to the pan and stir well
- Fill this mixture in the bun with fried peanuts and chopped onions.
- Serve hot or cold.
