Chocolate Covered Strawberry Recipe

This recipe is a simple and delicious dessert. Best made with strawberries but other fruit can also be used.

Ingredients

• 1 bag of baking chocolate chips (semi-sweet or bittersweet)
• 1 carton of Strawberries
• Sprinkles/other toppings for decoration

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Use 30 second increments until the chocolate is smooth
2. Wash and dry the strawberries
3. Line a tray with parchment paper
4. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and place on the tray
5. Sprinkle the desired toppings gently on top as desired.
6. Repeat for remaining strawberries.
7. Place tray in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow chocolate to set
