Chris’ Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. Crisp on the outside, soft in the middle.
Makes around 24 cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream together butter and both sugars until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Stir in the vanilla
- Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water. Add to batter with the salt.
- Stir in the floor until smooth. Add the chocolate chips
- Place large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 minutes.
Serve with a glass of milk!
