An easy-to-make Korean dish.
Rinse the Korean rice cakes, ensuring they are all separated, and soak them in warm water for around 10 minutes such that they feel tender.
Rinse the Korean fish cakes under warm water, separate them, and cut them into bite size pieces.
Under low-medium heat, place the rice cakes, fish cakes, and onions into a shallow pot along with water and the mixed sauce.
Stir the sauce with a spatula, ensuring the rice cakes don’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Continue until the rice cakes are fully cooked.
Bring it down to low heat and let everything simmer to help thicken the sauce
Remove from the stove and place into a dish. Top off the dish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
