Beef Stew

Michael Kim Time: 2 hours

Ingredients

• 2 pounds beef
• 4 carrots
• 2 potatoes

• 1 sweet potato

• 1/2 cup flour
• salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes

Instructions

• Cut meat, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes into cubes
• Chop the onion

• Toss cubes of meat in seasoned flour

• Brown meat and onions in the pot with a little oil
• Once browned, add vegetables and water to cover
• Boil for about an hour, stirring occasionally (stew can burn apparently)
• That’s it!
