Egg Drop Soup
This is an easy soup recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1 scallion
- 5 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Boil chicken broth
- Lightly beat eggs and slowly pour into chicken broth
- Mix cornstarch with water to create slurry, then pour into broth
- Add white pepper, salt, and green onion to taste
