Breakfast Smoothie
Quick and easy fruit/greens smoothie to eat for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of frozen fruits (mangos, pineapples, strawberries)
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- Handful of spinach
- Spoonful of peanut butter
- 2 cups of milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients inside a NutriBullet (or any other blender).
- Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie looks fully mixed/combined. You might need to stop the blender and shake the container if the blender gets jammed by the frozen fruit.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
