Aikansh’s Simple Vegetarian Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1/2 Cup Corn
- 6 Olives diced
- Mozarella cheese as per liking
- Spices (Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper)
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Spicy Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
- Pizza base (I used the whole wheat one from Whole Foods)
Instructions
- Chop up the vegetables, I prefer to have them in thin pieces of about 1 inch each.
- Saute the vegetables in 2 Tbsp of oil with pepper powder and oregano.
- Mix the sauces and apply to the base.
- Lay a layer of cheese on top of the sauce.
- Spread out the sauted vegetables over the cheese and lay the diced olives on top.
- Spread another layer of cheese.
- Bake in over for about 7 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
