Lucy’s Pumpkin Pasta
Perfect for fall!
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 4 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Parmesean cheese
- Pasta
- 3 cloves garlic
- Butter
Instrucitons
- Make the pasta and drain
- Saute spinach in garlic and butter
- Mix in puree and cream
- Add cheese
- Pour over pasta
