Kyle’s Peanut Butter Pie
This super easy recipe makes a really good dessert. Substitute the large pie crust with individual sized pie crusts for an even better experience.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1.25 cups Powdered Sugar
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (homemade or store bought)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth. Add cool whip and whisk until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
- Pour the filling into the pie crust, distruibute evenly
- Pour chockolates chips evenly over the top of the filling
- Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until filling has solidified
