Ian’s lemon chicken recipe
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of general seasoning
- 3/4 cup of chicken broth
- 3/4 cup of white cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 12 cloves of garlic
Instructions
- Peel garlic cloves
- Add to pan lightly coated in olive oil, put stove on medium heat
- Sautee garlic, when lightly browned add chicken and bring stove to high heat
- Brown chicken on both sides, add spices while doing so
- Bring stove down to medium low, add lemon juice, white wine, chicken broth
- Cover and let simmer until done, likely 20-30 min, depending on chicken size and bone/boneless. Check center to see if done before serving
