Sidd’s Lemon Butter Garlic Capers Olive Oil Shrimp
I like easy recipes where all the ingredients are listed out in the name and this one inspired from Chef John is one of them.
Ingredients
- 1 lb deveined shelled white shrimp
- At least 6 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- Red pepper flakes
- Parsley chopped
- Half a lemon’s worth of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of caper brine
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cover pan in olive oil and set to the highest setting
- Saute the shrimp for about a minute and sprinkle with salt
- Flip after a minute and cook for another minute
- Add the garlic and stir for about a minute
- Add the lemon juice and caper brine
- Add the parsley and red pepper
- Add 1/2 tbsp of butter and cook for about a minute
- When the butter melts, reduce to low and add the remaining butter
- Eat
