Lamb Meatballs with Pomegranate Molasses
Easy to make meatballs. Can substitute with any kind of ground meat and cheese.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground/minced lamb
- 100 g feta (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp thyme
- Medium bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses (optional)
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Add minced lamb to a large bowl and add spices and seasonings. Mix well.
- Add feta and gently mix until evenly divided.
- Make 18 balls around 35 g each.
- Heat olive oil in large frying pan on medium high heat.
- Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides
- Transfer meatballs to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Drizzle pomegranate molasses over meatballs and place in oven.
- Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
