Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook onion, bell pepper and ginger until tender. Add meat and brown. Drain the fat.
  2. Add tomatoes, spices and 1/3 cup water. Simmer a while so spices cook into meat.
  3. Add cauliflower or peas or both and cover to steam. Vegetables should be soft.
  4. Uncover and simmer until the liquid is gone.
