### Soup pancakes (Fladle) ## Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
• 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Mix into a batter. Spread thinly on a well-lubricated frying pan and flip when browned.

Roll fladle and cut into strips. Serve with beef broth, chives and finely chopped mushrooms.
