Dalgona Coffee

Dalgona coffee is a sweet coffee-based drink.

Ingredients

• Instant coffee (2 tbsp)
• Sugar (2 tbsp)
• Water (2 tbsp)
• Milk (1 cup)
• Ice (1 cup) (optional)

Instructions

1. Boil the water
2. Add the 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water to a mixing bowl
3. Whisk the contents of the bowl until the mixture becomes thick and foamy. This may take ~8 minutes by hand, faster if using an electric frother
4. Fill a glass with the 1 cup of milk (and 1 cup of ice if desired) and place the foam from the mixing bowl on top of the milk. Stir before drinking
