Beatrice’s Crepes
Crepes are a great way to start the day.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Milk (amount necessary)
Instructions
- Beat egg and mix in flour, sugar and salt
- Add milk until the batter becomes runny
- Heat a pan on high heat and grease with butter or oil
- Pour thin layer of batter into the pan and cook until the top begins to bubble
- Flip over crepe and continue cooking until the other side is lightly browned
Serve with fresh fruits, nuts, jam, chocolate, syrup or whatever else you would like
