Breakfast

Ingredients (about 6 servings)

Instructions

  1. Cut tortilla chips into quarters and fry in vegetable oil. set on a napkin to dry excess oil
  2. Roast tomatoes, jalapenos, and garlic until charred
  3. Blend all together and add salt, chicken bouillon and a small amount of water to bring to a saucy consistency
  4. Shred cheese
  5. Cut onions small
  6. Set up chips in a baking dish, sprinkle onion and cheese, pour sauce all over
  7. Bake at 350 for about 15 min
  8. Cook eggs as desired
  9. Serve with sour cream
