-> 3 tablespoons chia seeds
-> 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
-> 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
-> 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-> Pinch of salt
-> Fresh fruit (berries, banana, mango) for topping
-> Nuts or granola (optional)
-> In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt
-> Stir well to prevent clumping
-> Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again
-> Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
-> Once thickened, stir and adjust sweetness if needed
-> Top with fruit, nuts, or granola before serving
