Amber’s Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wet Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugars together until combined.
  2. Put the butter in a pan on low-medium heat and stir until brown. Let it cool off before adding it to the sugar. Mix on high for about 1 minute.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix on medium-high for about 2 minutes or until color turns lighter.
  4. Put all dry ingredients besides chocolate chips in a bowl and whisk them together until combined.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients incrementally while mixing on low. Once just combined, add chocolate chips and fold them in.
  6. Rest dough for an hour minimum.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-14 minutes or whenever the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
